Welcome to the Ouray Adventure Center's Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Page! We are excited to offer these two popular styles of yoga in our beautiful mountain setting. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply relax, our yoga classes are perfect for all skill levels.

Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Our classes are led by Ashley Fellin @wildmtnyoga who will guide you through a sequence of flowing postures, synchronized with your breath. Vinyasa yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve cardiovascular health. Our classes are suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slower, more meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching and releasing deep connective tissues in the body. Led by Elizabeth Long @_livingwellness, our classes are designed to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a deeper sense of relaxation and inner calm. Yin yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, including those who are new to yoga.

Equipment: We provide all the equipment you need for your yoga practice, including mats, blocks, blankets, and straps. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Pricing: Our yoga classes are free for members! Only $10 for drop-in sessions.
